Questi sono gli ingredienti e di seguito come al solito il suo particolareggiato foto-tutorial<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La ricetta possiamo dividerla in due fasi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la preparazione e cottura della parte interna<br \/>\n&#8211; la realizzazione dell&#8217;involucro al cioccolato fondente<\/p>\n<h4>1) Preparazione dell&#8217;impasto dei Mustacciuoli<\/h4>\n<p>ingredienti per l&#8217;impasto:<br \/>\n&#8211; 350 g di farina 00<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 g di miele<br \/>\n&#8211; 120 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g di cacao amaro<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 g di mandorle tostate<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 g di pisto (polverina di spezie macinate: cannella, noce moscata, chiodi di garofano, coriandolo)<br \/>\n&#8211; un cucchiaino di bicarbonato (circa 5 g)<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 ml di succo di arancia<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 ml di acqua<br \/>\n&#8211; la buccia grattugiata di un&#8217;arancia<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;impasto deve riposare almeno 10 ore in frigo. Preparatelo quindi la sera precedente per poi cuocere i biscotti la mattina successiva<\/p>\n<h4>questo \u00e8 il procedimento:<\/h4>\n<p>Pesate 350 g di farina 00<br \/>\nSgusciate circa 60 g di mandorle e tostatele in forno a 150\u00b0 per 8-10 minuti circa<br \/>\nTritate le mandorle tostate con 120 g di zucchero<br \/>\nAggiungete in successione tutti gli altri ingredienti (cacao in
