Sono buonissime se consumate nelle 4 ore successive. Le patate lessate conferiscono all&#8217;impasto una particolare consistenza e friabilit\u00e0 che per\u00f2 si perde con il passare delle ore. <strong>Se volete conservarle anche per il giorno successivo, seguite questo procedimento:<\/strong><br \/>\nnon mettete lo zucchero, poi, appena prima di consumarle, passatele per un paio di minuti in un fornetto elettrico per intiepidirle (non dovete scaldarle, ma intiepidirle leggermente in modo da scaldare ed ammorbidire la componente di patate dell&#8217;impasto). Infine passatele nello zucchero semolato e servitele.
