3 tuorli d&#8217;uova<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g di farina<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 ml di latte<\/p>\n<p><strong>400 gr. di fragole per la copertura<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La ricetta possiamo dividerla in tre fasi:<br \/>\n&#8211; la preparazione della crema pasticcera<br \/>\n&#8211; la preparazione del pan di spagna<br \/>\n&#8211; la farcitura della torta<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Crema Pasticcera<\/strong>. Per questa torta, Elisa ha optato per una versione pi\u00f9 leggera rispetto alla ricetta della <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2009\/09\/crema-pasticcera\/\" title=\"crema pasticcera\" target=\"_blank\">crema pasticcera classica<\/a>. Per prima cosa montate le uova e lo zucchero con uno sbattitore elettrico per 5-6 minuti. Poi aggiungete una parte della farina e l&#8217;olio di semi.
