In questa pagina vi presentiamo la ricetta di Elisa: l&#8217;impasto si fa con farina, zucchero, vino bianco e olio di oliva.<\/p>\n<h4>Niente latte, niente burro e niente uova.<\/h4>\n<p>Mezza bustina di lievito per renderli pi\u00f9 friabili (ma esiste anche la versione senza lievito per biscotti pi\u00f9 duri e biscottati) e 2 cucchiai di semi di anice per aromatizzarli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questi sono gli ingredienti:<\/strong><br \/>\n500 g di farina<br \/>\n180 g di zucchero<br \/>\n180 ml di vino bianco fermo<br \/>\n150 ml di olio di oliva<br \/>\n1\\2 bustina di lievito per dolci<br \/>\n2 cucchiai di semi di anice<br \/>\n2,5 ml di aroma di anice oppure un bicchierino di liquore all&#8217;anice<\/p>\n<p>Preparate l&#8217;impasto disponendo la farina a fontana.
