Poi aggiungete l&#8217;olio di semi, la farina, la frumina, il lievito e per ultimo il latte. Nocciole. Questi sono gli ingredienti:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 400 ml latte<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g nocciole tostate<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 tuorli<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 g farina<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g di amido di mais<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di panna da montare<\/p>\n<p>prima di tutto dovete preparare la <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2014\/05\/crema-alle-nocciole\/\" title=\"crema alle nocciole\" target=\"_blank\">crema di nocciole<\/a>. <strong>Questo \u00e8 il procedimento:<\/strong><br \/>\nmacinate le nocciole tostate con lo zucchero (utilizzate un robot da cucina). Mano a mano che tritate, le nocciole prima si sminuzzano, poi si fondono con lo zucchero in una pasta granulosa. Trasferite la pasta di nocciole in un piatto e tenetela da parte.<\/p>\n<p>In un&#8217;altra ciotola, sbattete i 3 tuorli d&#8217;uovo ed aggiungete l&#8217;amido di mais e la farina. Dopo aver incorporato le farine, aggiungete la pasta di nocciole e poi diluite in modo graduale con il latte. Trasferite il tutto in pentolino e cominciate a cuocere a fiamma dolce. Mescolate in continuazione fino a quando la crema non ha raggiunto la classica consistenza della crema pasticcera. A questo punto spegnete e fate raffreddare a temperatura ambiente. Quando si sar\u00e0 raffreddata, mettetela per almeno 3 ore in frigo perch\u00e8 per fare la mousse, la crema deve essere molto fredda.<\/p>\n<p>Quando la crema si \u00e8 raffreddata a dovere, <strong>montate la panna condita con un cucchiaio di zucchero a velo<\/strong> e poi incorporatela delicatamente alla crema.
