Si fa appassire dolcemente a fuoco basso con un cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva, 30 o 40 gr. di burro ed uno spicchio d&#8217;aglio schiacciato. Successivamente si aggiungono i gherigli di noce tritati, si fanno rosolare a fuoco vivo per un minutino circa, ed infine si aggiunge la panna. Si lascia il tegame ancora sul fuoco per qualche minuto continuando sempre a mescolare, ed il condimento di panna e noci \u00e8 pronto.<\/p>\n<p>Noi abbiamo provato sia la versione con soffritto descritta sopra, sia <strong>la versione &#8220;light&#8221; che vi proponiamo<\/strong> in questa foto-ricetta &#8230; e vi consigliamo vivamente la seconda:<br \/>\npreparazione pratica e veloce. Noci tritate nel mixer ed amalgamate ai fusilli durante la mantecatura, con parmigiano grattugiato, un mestolo di acqua di cottura e qualche cucchiaio di panna. Tutto rigorosamente a crudo.
