Gli ingredienti sono burro, uova e succo di limone. Uno lo riempite d&#8217;acqua ed un altro, pi\u00f9 piccolo, lo poggiate sopra sollevato per una cottura a bagnomaria. Scaldate l&#8217;acqua e cominciate ad ammorbidire il burro. Il secondo pentolino deve stare sollevato e si deve scaldare solo con il vapore dell&#8217;acqua bollente che sta sotto<\/p>\n<p><a
