Quel profumo di pane appena sfornato, che pervade la cucina e tutte le stanze di casa, \u00e8 un&#8217;esperienza sensoriale senza eguali. Ma ci\u00f2 che da pi\u00f9 soddisfazione, \u00e8 il servire ai propri ospiti un cesto di panini, freschi, fragranti e profumati frutto esclusivamente del proprio lavoro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questi panini all&#8217;olio sono un&#8217;opera d&#8217;arte.<\/strong> Non ce n&#8217;\u00e8 uno uguale all&#8217;altro, ed \u00e8 proprio questo il bello del pane fatto in casa. Anche l&#8217;impasto \u00e8 sempre diverso, perch\u00e9 <strong><span itemprop=\"author\">Chef Antony<\/span> (&#8230; che proviene dalla scuola di cucina di mamma Teresa)<\/strong>, solitamente misura gli ingredienti con un formidabile ed infallibile strumento, denominato &#8230; &#8220;ad occhio&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In questa foto-ricetta abbiamo provato a misurare gli ingredienti con precisione &#8220;millilitrica&#8221;. Provate a seguire la ricetta alla lettera. <span itemprop=\"summary\">350 ml di acqua pi\u00f9 40 ml di olio extravergine di oliva per 500 gr. di farina. Impasto molto morbido e doppia lievitazione. Fate un cratere al centro e posizionateci il lievito di birra intero o sbriciolato.<br \/>\nScaldate l&#8217;acqua in un pentolino per intiepidirla, e poi versatela tutta al centro del cratere direttamente sopra il lievito di birra.<\/p>\n<p>Cominciate a mescolare con la mano e fate assorbire tutta l&#8217;acqua.
