Ottima come antipasto freddo per men\u00f9 a base di pesce, oppure come secondo piatto abbinato ad un contorno di insalata mista, condita con olio limone e sale. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Questo \u00e8 una delle ricette estive preferite da <span itemprop=\"author\">Chef Antony<\/span><\/strong>. La durata della cottura dipende dalle dimensioni del polpo. Tagliate i tentacoli alla base ed eliminate la pelle molliccia superiore.
