Ideali per decorare un buffet di dolci, oppure da servire come biscottino dessert delle feste<\/p>\n<p>la ricetta \u00e8 una pasta frolla classica, arricchita con 200 gr. di pasta di nocciole fatta in casa, ottenuta dalle nocciole sgusciate, tostate, e macinate insieme allo zucchero. Per ottenere la decorazione bicolore, l&#8217;impasto viene diviso in due parti uguali, ed uno viene colorato aggiungendo un cucchiaio di cacao amaro in polvere. <\/p>\n<p><strong>queste sono le dosi degli ingredienti<\/strong><span itemprop=\"ingredient\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/data-vocabulary.org\/RecipeIngredient\"><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">farina<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">300 gr.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">nocciole tostate<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">100 gr.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">burro<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">150 gr.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">zucchero<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">100 gr.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">cacao in polvere<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">1 cucchiaio<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">uovo<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">1 grande<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">lievito per dolci<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">mezzo cucchiaino<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">sale<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">un pizzico<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; vi occorre anche un albume per sigillare i due biscottini fra di loro prima di infornarli, qualche nocciola tostata intera per guarnire e, all&#8217;occorrenza, un po&#8217; di latte da aggiungere alla pasta frolla, se questa dovesse essere troppo dura<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La preparazione<br \/>\n<span itemprop=\"instructions\"><br \/>\n<strong>1) per prima cosa preparate la pasta di nocciole.<\/strong><br \/>\nSgusciate le nocciole e tostatele passandole per 10-15 minuti in forno ad una temperatura di 150\u00b0 circa. Finch\u00e9 sono ancora calde, strofinatele tra di loro per eliminare la pellicina marrone. Trasferitele in un robot da cucina ed aggiungete pari quantit\u00e0 di zucchero. Tritate fino a che non avrete ottenuto una pasta morbida e profumata. Vi occorre prima un po&#8217; di pratica. <strong>Dovete saper saggiare la consistenza dell&#8217;impasto con le mani.<\/strong> Se l&#8217;impasto dovesse sembrarvi troppo duro, bagnatevi le mani con un po&#8217; di latte freddo ed ammorbiditelo a pi\u00f9 riprese continuando ad impastare. <\/p>\n<p>Quando l&#8217;impasto vi sembra abbia raggiunto la giusta consistenza, dividete la pasta frolla in
