Nocciole e miele per una pasta di nocciole tanto semplice, quanto buona, nutriente e genuina.<br \/>\n<span itemprop=\"ingredient\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/data-vocabulary.org\/RecipeIngredient\"><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">nocciole<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">150 gr.<\/span> (sgusciate e tostate)<br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">miele di acacia<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">3 cucchiai<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Preparazione:<br \/>\n<span itemprop=\"instructions\"><br \/>\nper prima cosa preparate l&#8217;impasto per pan brioche e mettetelo a lievitare (la ricetta completa e dettagliata sulla pasta per pan-brioche, la trovate a questo indirizzo <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2014\/04\/pan-brioche-con-lievito-madre\/\" title=\"pan brioche con lievito madre\">http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2014\/04\/pan-brioche-con-lievito-madre\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentre l&#8217;impasto lievita, preparate la pasta di nocciole per il ripieno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sgusciate le nocciole e passatele al forno ad una temperatura di 170-180\u00b0 per 10 minuti circa. Questo passaggio serve per tostarle. <\/p>\n<p>Fatele intiepidire, poi prendetene una manciata alla volta e strofinatele in un canovaccio, tra di loro, per eliminare la pellicina abbrustolita.<\/p>\n<p>Pesate circa 150 gr. di nocciole e tritatele in un mixer da cucina finch\u00e9 diventano una pasta granulosa<br \/>\nPoi aggiungete tre cucchiai di miele e mescolate per amalgamare.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/immagini\/panbrioche_alle_nocciole\/02_panbrioche_alle_nocciole.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLa pasta di nocciole per il ripieno \u00e8 pronta<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/immagini\/panbrioche_alle_nocciole\/03_pasta_di_nocciole.JPG?resize=500%2C375\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nriprendete la pasta per pan brioche lievitata, dividetela in 5 panetti e stendeteli col mattarello in strisce sottili<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/immagini\/panbrioche_alle_nocciole\/04_panbrioche_alle_nocciole.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\ncon un cucchiaio disponete la pasta alle nocciole sulla sfoglia. Arrotolate le strisce e poi tagliatele a met\u00e0<br \/>\nNon esagerate col ripieno perch\u00e9 la sfoglia, lievitando, potrebbe comprimerlo e letteralmente &#8220;spremerlo&#8221; fuori durante la cottura.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/immagini\/panbrioche_alle_nocciole\/05_panbrioche_alle_nocciole.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nimburrate il bordo di uno stampo per torte con cerniera e foderate la base con un foglio ritagliato di carta da forno<br \/>\nDisponete in piedi i rotolini di pasta ripiena e distanziateli l&#8217;uno dall&#8217;altro, in modo da permetterne la lievitazione.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/immagini\/panbrioche_alle_nocciole\/06_panbrioche_alle_nocciole.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nla seconda lievitazione dell&#8217;impasto pu\u00f2 durare dalle 3 alle 6 ore.
