La ricetta originale \u00e8 una vera bomba! dolce al cucchiaio preparato con biscotti imbevuti nel caff\u00e8 corretto al liquore e ricoperti da una crema a base di uova crude, zucchero e mascarpone.<br \/>\n<strong>Le dosi del tiramis\u00f9 classico per 6 persone sono queste<\/strong> (&#8230; le porzioni sono molto abbondanti)<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 uova,<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g di Mascarpone,<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g di biscotti tipo savoiardi o pavesini,<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di zucchero,<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 tazzine di caffe&#8217;,<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 gr. di liquore a piacere (vermut),<br \/>\n&#8211; cacao amaro in polvere<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le varianti a tema sono decine e decine<\/strong>. Potete ad esempio utilizzare una crema di zabaione cotta a bagno maria (mescolate con una frusta i tuorli d&#8217;uovo finch\u00e9 diventano chiari e soffici, quindi aggiungete il marsala e cuocete il tutto a bagnomaria sempre frullando con la frusta fino a quando diventa denso. Lasciate raffreddare e solo a questo punto incorporate il mascarpone)<br \/>\n<strong>Se invece preparate il tiramis\u00f9 per i bambini<\/strong> sostituite il latte al liquore. <strong>Potete anche eliminare il caff\u00e8<\/strong> sostituendolo con il cacao amaro o l&#8217;orzo. <strong>Se siete golosi di panna montata<\/strong>, aggiungete agli ingredienti la panna fresca, montatela con zucchero a piacere e usatela per ricoprire l&#8217;ultimo strato del tiramis\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>In questa foto-ricetta, Chef Antony vi presenta un tiramis\u00f9 speciale. <span itemprop=\"summary\"><strong>La ricetta di Nadia in versione &#8220;light&#8221;<\/strong>. Le chiare tenetele da parte, le monterete a neve e le aggiungerete alla crema come ultimo ingrediente.
