La mousse si ottiene mescolando la purea di frutta, condita con zucchero e succo di limone, con 150 g di panna montata. Una vera delizia ai frutti di bosco!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><span itemprop=\"ingredient\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/data-vocabulary.org\/RecipeIngredient\"><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">frutti di bosco<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">500 g<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">limoni<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">1 (solo il succo)<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">zucchero<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">130 g<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">panna fresca da montare<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">150 ml<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span itemprop=\"name\">gelatina essiccata<\/span>: <span itemprop=\"amount\">3 fogli<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>per prima cosa ammollate la gelatina essiccata in acqua fredda.
