Una mousse molto fresca, per niente pesante. Si avvicina molto, come sapore e consistenza, al sorbetto. Ideale come chiusura per men\u00f9 estivi a base di pesce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredient\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/data-vocabulary.org\/RecipeIngredient\"><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 lamponi: 500 g<br \/>\n\u2013 limoni: 1 (solo il succo)<br \/>\n\u2013 zucchero: 120 g<br \/>\n\u2013 panna fresca da montare: 150 ml<br \/>\n\u2013 gelatina essiccata: 3 fogli<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"instructions\"><br \/>\nper la preparazione procedete in questo modo: raccogliete i lamponi, puliti e lavati, in un tegame ed aggiungete lo zucchero ed il succo di limone. Non devono cuocere, ma semplicemente ammorbidirsi un po&#8217; e rilasciare il loro liquido. Spegnete prima che raggiungano il bollore.<\/p>\n<p>Trasferite i lamponi in un contenitore e passateli prima con un frullatore ad immersione, e poi con un colino, poco alla volta, schiacciando la
