Le dosi di zucchero sono solo 100 g per ogni kg di frutta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 kg di mele fuji<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 mandaranci tipo mapo<br \/>\ntempo di cottura: 3 ore<br \/>\nresa: 4 vasetti da 400 g<\/p>\n<p>la qualit\u00e0 degli ingredienti \u00e8 fondamentale per realizzare una buona marmellata. Queste mele, ad esempio, sono state prese direttamente dal contadino, senza passare dalle celle frigo. Se non utilizzate una pentola adatta, la marmellata si attacca sul fondo e prende il sapore di bruciato. La pentola giusta deve avere un fondo bello spesso e deve essere anche larga in modo da disperdere i liquidi pi\u00f9 velocemente.<\/p>\n<p>Cominciate la cottura con fiamma al minimo e con il Dovete poggiare il coperchio sopra, tenendolo sollevato con un cucchiaio di legno in modo da proteggervi dagli schizzi ed allo stesso tempo permettere alla confettura di mele di evaporare ed addensarsi.  <\/p>\n<p>Mentre portate a termine la cottura (vi occorrer\u00e0 un&#8217;altra ora almeno), avete tutto il tempo per sterilizzare i vasetti. Passateli uno ad uno per 2-3 minuti in acqua bollente e poi sgocciolateli su un canovaccio asciutto e pulito.<\/p>\n<p><a
