Niente soffritti! Questo passaggio serve per far staccare la pelle del peperone dalla polpa. Dopo mezz&#8217;ora potrete spellarlo facilmente. Raccogliete il succo che si \u00e8 creato all&#8217;interno e tagliate il peperone a strisce.
