Si chiamano &#8220;bocconotti&#8221; o anche &#8220;pasticciotti&#8221;. In questa pagina li ha provati a fare per noi Elisa. Impastate a mano tutti gli ingredienti. Per questi dolcetti Elisa non ha utilizzato la <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2009\/09\/crema-pasticcera\/\" title=\"crema pasticcera classica\" target=\"_blank\">ricetta classica della crema pasticcera<\/a>, ma una ricetta pi\u00f9 leggera con sole tre uova (la stessa utilizzata per la <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2015\/05\/torta-di-fragole\/\" title=\"torta con fragole e crema pasticcera\" target=\"_blank\">torta con le fragole<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per la crema pasticcera<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 3 tuorli d\u2019uova<br \/>\n\u2013 100 g di zucchero<br \/>\n\u2013 50 g di farina<br \/>\n\u2013 400 ml di latte<\/p>\n<p><strong>La crema pasticcera si prepara cos\u00ec:<\/strong> per prima cosa montate uova e zucchero con una frusta, poi aggiungete la farina. In un pentolino a parte scaldate il latte a fuoco dolce. Utilizzatene una parte per stemperare la crema di uova, zucchero e farina, e poi unite il tutto nel pentolino e cuocete a fiamma dolce mescolando in continuazione con una frusta fino a che la crema non avr\u00e0 raggiunto la giusta consistenza (vi riportiamo qui le foto della crema pasticcera direttamente dalla foto-ricetta della <a
