L&#8217;impasto viene diviso in tre parti ed arrotolato con pancetta, prosciutto cotto e salame pi\u00f9 un mix di provolone ed emmental tagliati a dadini. Ognuno dei 3 rotolini che compongono la treccia, \u00e8 farcito in modo diverso. A completare il ripieno, una bella manciata di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato.<\/p>\n<p>Questo rustico, molto scenografico ed anche bello da vedere, stupisce per la sua semplicit\u00e0 di realizzazione. La ricetta assomiglia molto a quella dei <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2015\/09\/panini-napoletani\/\" title=\"panini napoletani\" target=\"_blank\">panini napoletani<\/a>. 300 g di semola di grano duro<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g di farina 00<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucchiaino colmo di sale<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\\2 cubetto di lievito (sciolto in mezzo bicchiere di acqua con una presa di zucchero)<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 ml di olio di oliva<br \/>\n&#8211; 160 ml di latte<br \/>\n&#8211; acqua quanto basta (circa 150 ml)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per il ripieno procuratevi:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 130 g di salame milano<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di prosciutto cotto<br \/>\n&#8211; 130 g di pancetta magretta<br \/>\n(tagliati in fette abbastanza grosse)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 fetta di emmental<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 fetta di provolone<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spennellate la treccia con<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Per le dosi di acqua calcolate circa 150-160 ml e comunque regolatevi strada facendo.<\/p>\n<p><a
