Un impasto per pan brioche classico, pi\u00f9 un impasto per pan brioche al cacao. La struttura \u00e8 simile a quella della famosissima <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2014\/10\/pan-brioche-alle-nocciole\/\" title=\"torta di rose - pan brioche alle nocciole\" target=\"_blank\">Torta di Rose<\/a> di Elisa, ossia rotolini di pasta che sbocciano come rose durante la seconda lievitazione, e si colorano e completano la &#8220;fioritura&#8221; dopo la cottura.   <\/p>\n<p>Questa torta \u00e8 un dolce 100% naturale. I risultati migliori si ottengono con una impastatrice. l&#8217;impastatrice, fatela andare per 10-15 minuti con un movimento lento e costante.
