Il ripieno si fa con polpa di zucca cotta al forno, schiacciata ed insaporita con il parmigiano grattugiato, noce moscata ed amaretti sbriciolati. Per la sfoglia, una classica pasta all&#8217;uovo fatta con la solita dose: 1 uovo ogni 100 g di farina.<\/p>\n<p>Qual \u00e8 il loro condimento preferito? Cuocete la zucca al forno e fate asciugare per bene la polpa. Sbriciolate gli amaretti. Grattugiate la buccia di un limone, il parmigiano ed anche un po di noce moscata<\/p>\n<p><a
