Un involucro croccante di fiocchi di mais che racchiude un biscotto soffice, dolce e delicato fatto con un impasto cremoso a base di farina, zucchero, burro e uova, con l&#8217;aggiunta di un ingrediente a scelta tra nocciole o mandorle tritate<\/p>\n<p>La preparazione \u00e8 semplicissima. L&#8217;impasto cremoso viene fatto scivolare con un cucchiaino in una ciotola piena di fiocchi di mais. I fiocchi si attaccano all&#8217;impasto e formano il biscotto con la sua classica forma irregolare a petali di rosa. La cottura \u00e8 veloce (12-15 minuti a 180\u00b0).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti (la dose \u00e8 per circa 50 &#8220;rose del deserto&#8221;):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100 g di burro<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di farina<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 uova<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g di fecola di patate<br \/>\n&#8211; 70 g di nocciole (oppure di mandorle)<br \/>\n&#8211; mezza bustina di lievito per dolci (circa 2 cucchiaini)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 bustina di vanillina<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pizzico di sale<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per il procedimento seguite la sequenza delle foto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>per prima cosa ammorbidite il burro e fatelo sciogliere in una ciotola di vetro tiepida<\/p>\n<p><a
