La base di pasta frolla \u00e8 simile a quella della crostata di marmellata classica. Per il ripieno invece una crema di ricotta, zucchero, gocce di cioccolato fondente, e un paio di cucchiai di liquore Strega per aromatizzare.<\/p>\n<p>La foto-ricetta possiamo dividerla in 3 parti:<br \/>\nla preparazione della pasta frolla<br \/>\nla preparazione del ripieno alla ricotta<br \/>\nla farcitura e la cottura<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Cominciamo dalla pasta frolla.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pasta frolla si pu\u00f2 fare in tantissimi modi. Non c&#8217;\u00e8 una ricetta buona in assoluto. Dipende dal dolce e dal ripieno che dovete utilizzare. Potete quindi dedicarvi al ripieno di ricotta \u00e8 cioccolato. Nel frattempo riponete la pasta frolla di nuovo in frigo per tenerla al fresco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per il ripieno di ricotta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500 g di ricotta fresca<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 g di zucchero<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cucchiai di liquore strega<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente<\/p>\n<p>Mettete la ricotta in una ciotola<\/p>\n<p><a
