Il piatto estivo per eccellenza. Sempre pronto, fresco, profumato, saporito e genuino. <\/p>\n<p>Come si preparano le &#8220;<em>Frise<\/em>&#8220;? Rispetto alle freselle di chef Antony, Elisa in questa pagina ci propone la versione ufficiale, con lievito madre al posto del lievito di birra e con semola di grano duro al posto della farina normale. Per il resto il procedimento \u00e8 identico<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questi sono gli ingredienti<\/strong>:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g di semola di grano duro<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g di farina integrale<br \/>\n&#8211; 600-650 ml di acqua<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g di <a href=\"http:\/\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/2014\/02\/lievito-madre\/\" title=\"Lievito Madre\" target=\"_blank\">lievito madre<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucchiaino di miele<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucchiaio di sale<\/p>\n<p>la preparazione avviene secondo lo schema classico. L&#8217;impasto viene preparato e fatto lievitare una prima volta, poi viene rilavorato, modellato nelle forme desiderate e rimesso a lievitare una seconda volta (i tempi di lievitazione del lievito madre sono pi\u00f9 lunghi rispetto a quelli del lievito di birra)  <\/p>\n<p>Per ottenere l&#8217;effetto biscottato, bisogna cuocere le pagnottelle normalmente a 180-200\u00b0. Poi dovete aprirle a libro finch\u00e9 sono ancora calde e infine rimetterle in forno a 140-150\u00b0 per 15-20 minuti<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparazione<\/strong><br \/>\nper prima cosa diluite il lievito madre con un bicchiere di acqua tiepida e poi rinforzatelo con un cucchiaino di miele. Aggiungete le farine, un cucchiaio di sale e poi, versando l&#8217;acqua poco alla volta, cominciate ad impastare fino a che tutta la farina non \u00e8 stata assorbita dall&#8217;impasto. La quantit\u00e0 di acqua necessaria dipende da quanta ne richiede l&#8217;impasto. Diciamo che per 1 kg di farina dovete aggiungere circa 600-650 ml di acqua.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ricettedi.it\/cucina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/02_frise_e_friselle.jpg\"><img
