disidratare le verdure<br \/>\n&#8211; un passaggio di altre 24 ore sotto aceto per la cottura marinata<br \/>\n&#8211; la &#8220;strizzatura&#8221; e la conservazione nei vasetti sott&#8217;olio <\/p>\n<p>le verdure da mettere dipendono dai vostri gusti. Lavatele accuratamente, asciugatele e tagliatele a pezzettini.
