Un primo molto fresco, profumato &nbsp;e veloce da preparare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 uno dei suoi piatti forte.<br \/>\nGamberi freschi scottati in un trito di cipolle aglio e prezzemolo, e mantecati con fusilli freschi e zucchine tagliate alla julien.<\/p>\n<p>Nonna Teresa \u00e8 velocissima a cucinare, ed ho dovuto letteralmente strapparle la padella di mano per riuscire a rubare questi 4 scatti.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2 zucchine<br \/>\n300 g di gamberi freschi<br \/>\n500 g di fusilli freschi<br \/>\nMezza cipolla, uno spicchio di aglio, un ciuffetto di prezzemolo ed olio di oliva<\/p>\n<p><b>Teresa<\/b> <b>ha<\/b> <b>un<\/b> <b>segreto<\/b> per questa ricetta: quando pulisce i gamberi, <b>i<\/b> <b>gusci<\/b> <b>e<\/b> <b>le<\/b> <b>teste<\/b> <b>li<\/b> <b>raccoglie<\/b> <b>in<\/b> <b>un<\/b> <b>tegame<\/b>. Aggiunge un dito di acqua, uno spicchio d&#8217;aglio ed un filo di olio, e li fa cuocere per qualche minuto a coperchio chiuso. Il risultato \u00e8 un sughetto profumato da filtrare e da aggiungere ai gamberi mentre li fate saltare nel trito di aglio, cipolla e prezzemolo<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparazione<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa fate rosolare il trito di cipolla aglio e prezzemolo a fiamma bassa, poi aggiungete i gamberi e fateli saltare per un paio di minuti. Per ultimo sfumate con il sughetto che avete preparato con i gusci e le teste dei gamberi.<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 il risultato: un profumo ed un sapore eccezionale!!!<\/p>\n<p><a
